Internet:
It is recognized that many vendors use technology in the form of cell phone applications and devices such as The Square to complete customer transactions. Unfortunately with the wide variety of devices and providers utilized and the unpredictability of mobile data, we CANNOT GUARANTEE that individual vendor devices will function successfully. It is recommended that all vendors have an alternate method for money transactions. Vendors are responsible for any tax and licensing requirements by the State of Missouri.
